Formal reception spaces flow into more relaxed family areas, while the primary suite is positioned to capture the villa’s best views and greatest sense of privacy. As with LUMI’s other luxury residential projects, the layout was resolved long before a single finish was chosen, ensuring that scale, light and circulation all work in service of how the family actually lives.
Bespoke joinery runs throughout, from wardrobe interiors to the detailing around the home cinema, with each piece designed to be built once and last for decades rather than follow short-lived trends.
