Here, LUMI used earthy tones in browns, bronzes, creams and beiges with contrasting light green and olive veneers and cushions for a muted, sleek aesthetic. A recurring challenge in Madinat Jumeirah Living was balancing generous views with a sense of intimacy. Full-height glazing floods the living spaces with light, so warmth was introduced through material choice rather than heavy window treatments: bronzed metal detailing, olive and walnut veneers, and a considered mix of matte and soft-sheen finishes throughout the reception rooms.
